VISION

By addressing the prevention needs of families and individuals in Prowers County, we will improve their overall quality of life and create safe and nurturing communities.

MISSION

We are a community based coalition that provides ATOD (alcohol, tobacco and other drugs) prevention services to youth and the communities in which they live. P3 services include facilitating environmental changes, and sponsoring ATOD prevention curriculum, implementing social marketing and community education campaigns, and providing cost-free youth enrichment activities. P3 serves Prowers County including Granada, Holly and Lamar.
